In collaboration with Solid Prosjekt, we have developed seven modern detached houses in Oredalen. These are divided into three different building types, each of which has been adapted to suit its respective plot.
The property's centuries-old oak trees have been preserved, adding character and a special atmosphere to the gardens. Providing natural shade on hot summer days, they also create a clear connection to the landscape's history.
The minimalist design of the façades gives the traditional Norwegian single-family house a new look, while blending in with the neighbourhood and established residential area.
