Transformation of listed buildings in Oslo, from a candy factory to “Coffee house” for Tim Wendelboe, with a coffee roastery, tasting room, laboratory and offices. This building is the backstage of the Expresso Bar and coffee business of Tim Wendelboe, to ship coffee and satisfy home enthusiasts, offices, restaurants and other coffee shops all around the world.

Open to the public, the coffee roastery is built out of raw and robust materials to withstand the passage of time and people. Concrete surfaces, OSB boards and steel stairs and details are used in the four floors of the narrow and deep building, and the façade has been renovated with a new coating.
