A new cabin area is planned for ten holiday homes in the immediate vicinity of the Oslofjord. The cabins will have different utforming, både med flatt tak og saltak, for å skape designs, both with flat roofs and gable roofs, in order to create a varied and harmonious expression that is adapted to the surrounding buildings.
The cabins will be clad in natural materials such as wood, and will have large windows that are strategically placed to maximize both light and views.
Emphasis is placed on a holistic architectural design that combines modern lines with site-specific qualities.
The location of each cabin is carefully adapted to the terrain, taking into account views, solar conditions and natural shading. All cabins have their own terraces that open up to the landscape and create good outdoor living areas with proximity to nature.
The cabins vary in size from approx. 60 to 70 m², providing flexible and space-efficient solutions adapted to different needs.
Each plot will have a parking space and guest parking will be provided in the southern part of the area.
